My art is for personal and non-commercial use only;

Do not remove My watermark or repost my art without credits;

I have the rights to deny your request if it makes me uncomfortable;

I will use your comission as an art example for portfolio and etc, if you’re uncomfortable with this, please let me know;

50% refund only if the art is halfway done or less, if it’s more advanced, you won’t be refunded;

Please send visible and digitalized references of your character and describe the comission as best as you can to prevent further revisions and fixes;

The comission may take between two days to 2 months to be finished;

Do not offer if you can’t afford;

Don’t steal the design or say you made it;

Having a Toyhouse account is highly preferred when offering on my adopts, but is not obligatory as long as you don’t forget to credit me (the same Goes for reselling);

Feel free to change the design and edit the ref after the purchase, just don’t make them unrecognizable;

Do not sell my designs for a higher price, unless it has extra art;

Please don’t sell/trade my designs to problematic or blacklisted people,if you do so, you’ll be automatically blacklisted and prohibited from buying anything from me;
